Dispatch of Order: An order is dispatched after payment confirmation. The time for dispatching the order is as mentioned in the product description or communicated by the seller or the company (if company ships the products) during the buying process. However, the company does not guarantee any timely dispatch by the seller or the company (in case the company ships the products) and the company or the Website is not responsible for the delay in dispatch or delivery. However, we will do our best to provide you with dispatch and delivery dates as informed to us by the Seller.

Delivery Time: Time varies based on your location and based on category of product you buy. Our Sellers try to shp As Quickly as Possible. Approximate time for delivery is 15 to 25 business days outside India and 3 to 10 days within India. We will keep you posted about your order delivery status. In case a product cannot be dispatched to a particular location, we will inform the same on the Product Details page. There is no Guarantee on time limit of delivery because there are odd instances, such as delayed customs clearance, sometimes flight delays etc. This is not in our control.

Our Sellers use reputed courier companies or postal services.

Packing: Our sellers love their products and take utmost care in their packing. We ensure complete safety of products.

Security of Shipments: Our shipping Partners are reliable. However, we request you to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt. DO NOT accept any damaged shipment. We will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by shipment agency.

Change of Address: In case of address change requests, the same may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order and we will try to accommodate your requests only if we still have the package in our possession. Please contact us at [email protected] with your requested change and we will send you an email reply to confirm if we were able to make the change.

Wrong/ Incomplete Address: We request you to provide complete billing address. Review your address before confirming it. In case you provided wrong or incomplete addres, you will bear the extra shipment charges for delivering to your correct location. We cannot take responsibility if the delivery address provided by you is incorrect or outdated. We do not accept returns if the address provided by the buyer is incorrect or outdated. Do Not provide any Post Box Address. If you fail to receive an order that is  shipped due to  providing inadequate or inaccurate shipping address;  or your non-availability at the address provided or if you fail to make payment at the time of delivery;  the transaction will be cancelled. In this case, the product will be rerurned to the seller.  The seller will be entitled to recover reasonable compensation for services provided and costs incurred for shipping, handling, couriering, processing your order and any other services provided to you.

Gifting Products: Though surprise gifts are nice but do not surprise your loved ones so much that they may return the package considering it is not theirs. In this case, packet will be retuned to us and we may not be in a position to refund or resend without extra shipping and return charges. Please inform your gift receipients about the Gift and package.

Taxes or Octroi/ Customs: Taxes and Octroi differs from place to place so these and any other additional fees or duty has to be borne by the customers on actuals. As per the laws of the land, customers need to bear the Customs Duty & other international taxes. The same hold true, if applicable.

You agree to provide true and correct contact details. You agree to update the contact information including Address in case of change. The company or the Website shall not be responsible for any updation not done by the buyer or if any communication does not reach the user on account of non-updation of contact details. You agree to keep the contact details accurate and current at all times. The company will not take responsibility of delivery not reaching the user on account of incorrect contact details provided by the buyer or contact details including address not updated. You agree to provide correct and complete Address for dispatch.
