Click here https://www.indiancarnival.com/provider/ to access your vendor panel. Next, login using your userid and password.

When will I get the payment for my sale?
Once the product is shipped to customer, you will receive the payment within 20 days of shipping the product. For any finance related query send email to [email protected]. For a new seller, the first payment can take upto 30 days. This is because the account needs to be setup for electronic payments.

I do not have the required documents to ship an international order. Can you help me ship an international order?
Yes. We are always at your service. In such an event, you need to send the product to Delhi Office. Contact [email protected] to avail our shipping services.

Are there any product listing charges?
You shall be pleased to know that the product listing is free.

Do you help promote our products?
We do. We use all popular social media tools to promote your products.

What is the Indian Carnival commission for the service?
Indian Carnival shall charge 16.9% on the total sale value.

How will I know if an order is recieved?
Indian Carnival sends an email on any order. You can also login to your vendor panel to view it.
