A: Ship on Your Own
National within India
1. Get rates from your shipping agency.
2. Let us know the Shipping Charges. We shall set them for you in your panel. Please ensure that you weigh the product with packaging or take into account the packaging weight as shipping agencies charge based on packet weight.
3. You can choose to provide Economy or Express shipping options to your customers.
4. Use Reputed agencies for Shipping.
5. Delivery time should not exceed 1-10 days within India for Economy and 1-3 days for Express.
6. Any delay in shipments will cause loss of customers.
7. After receiving order details and confirmation from us, you should dispatch the product within 1 day.

Delivery of Products – Procedure to be followed
1. You will receive a mail which would give you details of the order along with the invoice.
2. You have to ensure that the correct product is dispatched. Please recheck the order details and match the product. To match the product with the order, perform the following:
a. In your panel, go to Catalog -> Products.
b. Click Search.
c. Click the SKU. See the product image.
3. Ready the product for dispatch.
4. Product Packing:
a. Ensure that your products are well packed.
b. Water proof packing recommended for apparels.
c. Jewelry should be packed in bubble wrap and in small boxes.
d. Handicrafts should be packed with care and in Break free packaging. Bubble wrap recommended.
5. Print 2 copies of Invoice and Paste one on top of the packet. Keep a copy of Invoice with you.
6. Do not write the Address on your own.
7. Send the Proof of Dispatch (POD) at
b. Subject line : Order<Number> Proof of Dispatch
c. along with the copy of the invoice. Ensure that you keep proof of Dispatch with you.
8. Track the order and ensure that order reaches the customer on time as per the time mentioned in the methods Express and Domestic.
9. Get Proof of Delivery from your shipping agency. Mail proof of delivery to us at: [email protected]

Terms: Use a reputed courier service or postal service with good track record. Use a postal or courier service that provides you with tracking facility for shipped items. Only use the the postal or courier service that also provides appropriate proof of dispatch and proof of delivery documents. You agree to share such the proof of dispatch and proof of delivery documentation with indiancarnival.com as and when they are asked for. IndianCarnival.com will process your payment based on these proofs. You also agree to maintain these proofs for a period of 1 year from the date of disptach. You agree that the proof of delivery and dispatch shared will be true and correct and authorized by you. Any misleading, fraud, or false information or any tampered information will not be accepted. Indiancarnival.com reserves the right to take appropriate action in this regard as permitted by law. You also agree to send an Invoice along with the order that is addressed to the buyer. The invoice should contain the Item Details, Order Details and Transaction amount. In case the seller does not provide the proofs of delivery and dispatch, indiancarnival.com reserves the right to take action including suspension of account.

How to price your product?
We will deduct the shipping cost and our commission 16.9% from the Product price that you set. Therefore, we recommend you to take both of these into account while pricing your Product.

To take our domestic shipping services, the process is as follows:
A – Register with Us
1. After you register as a seller; send a mail requesting Shipping Services.
2. Our executive will call you to explain the procedure.
B – Delivery Of Products – Procedure to be followed:
1. You will receive a mail which would give you details of the order along with the invoice.
2. You write a mail at [email protected] with the subject - Order <Number>: Schedule pickup or call us at 9819814393/9911703730 for the same to schedule a pickup within 24 hours.
3. Deliver the packet at any of the following addresses:
i. 16 shivigiri, Off LBS marg, Opp Johnson and Johnson, Mulund-West, Mumbai-400080
ii. OR
iii. F-402, Plot number 3, Sector 23, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075
4. Ensure that your products are well packed. Water proof packing recommended for apparels. Jewelry should be packed in bubble wrap and in small boxes.
