Our Refund policy conditions are mentioned below. By using this Website or by registering with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions of Returns and Refunds.

Refund Procedure: We will refund or exchange the products which are damaged or have manufacturing defects or are not as per the description provided by the seller.

The customer needs to contact our customer care team through mail, phone, or Website within 24 hours of receiving the product.  The mail should describe the Order No, the reason for request of Refund, and picture of damaged product in case the claim is because of damaged product. We, then, initiate a discussion and resolution between customer and seller. In case, the customer’s claim is correct, we refund the money on receipt of the product from the customer by the seller / or by the company (in case seller uses our company’s services for delivery). The Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

The Refund request can be raised through email, phone, or Website (Return Request form). To raise a Return Request through Website,

1. Log in to the Customer area.
2. In My Account section, click on the Order history link.
3. Search for the order you would like to create a return request.
4. Click on its number or status, and the Order details page opens.
5. Scroll down to Create the return request form.

In case you do not raise a Refund claim within the stipulated time, you will not be entitled for Refund.

The buyer should dispatch the product within 2 days of acceptance of the refund claim. After receiving the product, the seller has the right to check if the product meets the following conditions:

• Product is unused and unwashed.
• Product is in the same conditions as it was received
• Product packaging is retained and not tampered.
• Product is retained in its original packing box.
• Original Bill is produced
• Product is accompanied with Refund form

For any refund claim initiated by buyer, the seller may disagree and company may then verify and hold checks as necessary. The refund claim may be accepted or rejected by the the company and shall not be disputed by the Users (Sellers or buyers).

After refund claim is accepted and the product is received in good condition, refund payment is initiated by the company. All payments made as refund shall be as per the laws in India and directions issues by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) from time to time.

Payment of Refunds

Except for transactions that involve Payment on Delivery, refunds, shall be made at the same payment gateway or Issuing Bank from where the Amount of transaction price was received.  

For cash on Delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via demand draft in favour of the Buyer. The demand draft will be issued as per the details provided by the Buyer at the time of registration with the Website.

Refunds shall only be made in Indian Rupees and shall be equivalent to the Transaction Price received. Any foreign exchange risk, charges or fees, will be borne by the Buyer.

For Electronic transactions, Refund shall be made through NEFT/ RTGS or other online banking / electronic funds transfer system (as approved by Reserve Bank India).

This refund policy is a part of the User agreement and refunds are subject to buyer complying with all policies and procedure listed here and in the user agreement.

Any one who uses the Website are bind by the terms and conditions of this policy. However, Indiancarnival reserves the right to change this policy any time. In such an event, changes will be posted on the Website and will become effective immediately.

Cancellation of Orders - Orders can be cancelled only if the product is not dispatched by the Seller or IndianCarnival. The customer needs to contact our customer care team through mail for order cancellation. Refunds will be done as per the "Payment of Refunds" mentioned above. Order cannot be cancelled after dispatch of product.
